A wide-ranging sports program is offered every year by the Sports Activities Department
to meet the needs of the campus community and alumni as well
as neighbourhood residents.
PEPS (Pavillon d'éducation physique et des sports) at
Université Laval's Sainte-Foy campus and La
Forêt Montmorency,- a vast property the University
owns adjacent to La Réserve faunique des Laurentides,
one hour's drive north of Quebec City - offer sports enthusiasts
a wide range of individual and group sporting options, including
winter and summer sports, indoor and outdoor sports, workout
facilities, performance sports, swimming, running, golf, cross-country
and downhill skiing and hiking.
